The staff are always walking around asking if they can be of service and help when ever I can't get my card to work. The only complaint I have is the money you put on the card is only refundable if it is below 99 cents and that's impossible to do. This location in Garland is safe, welcoming and convenient. Highly recommend!"

"The staff is very helpful when the machines act up. I come here weekly and I have had no issues. They recently installed cameras to ease the minds of the customers who come here in the evening/night time. They don't take coins. They issue cards that you reload money into and use that on the washers and dryers. You can use your debt card on some washers and dryers if you forget your card."

"Absolutely the best customer service! Lee was great, she is welcoming, kind and very attentive. I will be returning here from rockwall because the great service I received. The location was clean, washers and dryers were clean and free of moldy smells! Bathroom was in great order too. Only negative thing I can say is the games do not work as we found out, should put an out if order sign. But lee kindly refunded the few quarters we wasted. Thank you Lee!!"

"I usually go on Sunday evenings normally 6:30 pm and it's been a long hard work week and I got a ton of laundry. The staffs will always ask if they can assist me. And also once you start going there a while, If you forget you card, they can start the machines and put it on your tab and you can just pay by debit card at the very end which makes it really convenient. I don't know the staff but they just goes above and beyond."

"This laundromat is kept very clean and has an attendant on site. They offer very reasonable drop of laundry service or you can do your own laundry there. The machines have credit card readers so if you don't have change that's handy. They also sell any laundry stuff you may need. There are comfortable seats for you to relax in while waiting for your laundry to finish."

"I have been a loyal Bubbles Laundry customer in Rowlett for a long time until I went in one Saturday morning and the three customers already there had taken every machine in the laundromat. Clean City is a nice laundromat with a helpful attendant. You are going to pay more than what you are used to elsewhere but the front loader machines do a much better job of washing your clothes. What used to take me two hours to do a weeks worth of clothes takes just over an hour now. Give them a try...you may start coming back here. Oh, and they sell ice cream, too!"

The attendent thats there at noon on Sundays is awesome and explains things very well. Probably wont go anywhere else as long as I live in this area. Great job!"
